  • Technical Validation: Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and solution architects to validate technical claims, benchmarks, simulations, and proofs of value for accuracy and credibility.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the bridge between technical teams, product management, sales, marketing, and partners to ensure consistent, appropriate audience messaging.
  • Optimization & Innovation: Leverage feedback, performance data analytics, and emerging approaches (including generative AI and interactive media) to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Center Infrastructure, Technical Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Content & Communication: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accurate, compelling narratives across multiple formats (white papers, visual-story telling, presentations, reference architectures).
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience partnering with engineering, product, sales, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and validate technical claims.
  • Enablement & Readiness: Demonstrated track record of creating and delivering training, sales tools, or readiness programs that equip teams to position complex solutions.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain Depth: Familiarity with the full data center lifecycle (design, construction, operation, optimization) and target segments (hyperscalers, neo-cloud, colocation, enterprise, EPCs).
  • AI & Modern Tools: Experience leveraging generative AI/LLMs responsibly for content scaling, alongside familiarity with modern content management and sales enablement platforms.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio of technical writing, solution content, demonstrations, or enablement materials showcasing your ability to communicate complex technologies effectively.
