Monitoring daily plant production by maintaining the production database, track process abnormalities and regularly analyze data to ensure optimal process performance.
Identify trends and deviations in production, and proactively suggest improvements based on data-
Ensure material additions for all grades are up-to-date, including calculations of %SC, conversion, and total batch size.
Attend daily production meeting and weekly grade separation meetings and follow-up on action items.
