As a Product Manager in CCB, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Working with platforms/framework teams
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology initiatives with accountability for milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
Working familiarity with Java microservices architectures, GraphQL, and cloud platforms sufficient to drive delivery conversations, dependency planning, and feasibility/risk discussions
Experience partnering with SRE teams to deliver production-grade capabilities, including release readiness, observability, resiliency, and incident/operational feedback loops
Strong execution and governance skills: planning, critical-path management, RAID management, escalation, and executive-ready status reporting
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-paced environments while maintaining delivery rigor
Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership; ability to influence without authority and coordinate across time zones
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Hands-on experience delivering and operationalizing services in cloud environments (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP) using microservices and API-first patterns (including GraphQL where applicable)
Demonstrated ability to embed SRE practices into delivery (SLO-driven delivery, error budgets, post-incident improvement backlogs, reliability-focused release criteria)
Prior experience working with platform/framework teams (e.g., shared services, internal platforms, APIs, data platforms, developer experience/tooling)
Ability to assess and challenge requirements/designs for completeness, including non-functional considerations (e.g., performance, resiliency, security, observability) and propose practical alternatives
Experience leading delivery within risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory expectations, including structured change/release governance and audit-ready documentation
Strong data analytics orientation-able to define and track delivery and product health metrics (KPIs/OKRs, adoption/usage, reliability/service
