Technical Product Manager (TPM) leads the delivery of complex CRM transformation projects. They bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, managing cross-functional teams to deploy scalable Sales Cloud features, integrations, and data migrations on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of Sales Cloud programs and strategic roadmaps.
Partner with Product teams and Architect to define business requirements and technical solutions.
Coordinate engineering, architecture, and QA teams across agile sprints.
Oversee data migrations, third-party app integrations, and CPQ rollouts.
Mitigate project risks, remove blockers, and track delivery metrics.
