What You Will Do
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends.
Analyze user data and performance metrics to drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business objectives and customer needs.
Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
Present product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company vision.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or AI-driven environments.
Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
Experience working in agile methodologies and familiarity with tools for project management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
Preferred
Experience in the defense, manufacturing, or environmental sectors.
Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in operational settings.
Strong communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $225K, commensurate with experience. The company offers a dynamic remote work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
