Join a dynamic team as a Material Expeditor in Grand Prairie, TX. As a vital link in the global supply chain, you will oversee material flow, expedite shipments, and ensure timely delivery of parts to meet critical production schedules. This role offers hands-on opportunities to collaborate across departments and make a direct impact on production efficiency. [Responsibilities]

• Oversee global material flow, expediting, and routing for production schedules
• Review master production schedule to identify and address material shortages
• Alert stakeholders to potential or actual shortages and initiate corrective actions
• Order material repairs and coordinate in-house transportation as needed
• Generate and maintain progress reports on schedule status and completed orders
• Document material changes, substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material issues via phone and email
• Drive to East Camden, AR, and/or Lufkin, TX as needed during assignments

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Material Expeditor role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week, with willingness for up to 4 days as required
