About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a Material Expeditor responsible for ensuring seamless material flow to meet critical production schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals to grow their logistics and supply chain skills in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Expedite, route, and dispatch materials and parts per production deadlines
• Review master production schedules to identify shortages and alert supervisors proactively
• Generate progress reports and maintain accurate records of completed orders
• Take corrective action to expedite materials, including arranging repairs or internal transport
• Communicate updates on completion dates, material changes, substitutions, and schedule modifications
• Foster teamwork and clear communication across departments

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years' forklift experience (certification and physical required)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year)
• Proven experience in a team-based work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Effective multitasking and time management skills
• Must wear safety shoes at all times

Preferred Skills

• Advanced reporting or logistics software experience
• Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
