Join our dynamic Orlando team as a Technical/Professional Project Manager (Scrum Master), where you will lead Agile delivery for cutting-edge projects. You will be the critical link between the Development Team and Product Owner, driving real-time visibility, actionable insights, and process optimization across the project lifecycle. [Responsibilities]
- Design, configure, and maintain advanced Jira Structures to deliver real-time project performance metrics
- Build and automate sophisticated Excel reports using visuals such as pivot tables for resource utilization, risk registers, and variance analysis
- Analyze complex Jira and IMS datasets to create concise status reports, forecasts, and executive summaries tailored for business stakeholders
- Develop automated monitoring systems to quickly identify and address schedule slippage, resource constraints, and quality deviations
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring strong Scrum discipline
- Coach the team on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning
- Identify and implement process enhancements using analytics to boost productivity, transparency, and reporting accuracy
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 15+ years of project management experience with deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira Structure configuration and management
- Strong skills in Excel reporting, including pivot tables, automation, and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize complex project data for executive audiences
- Proven track record in leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum principles

- Experience developing automated monitoring and alerting mechanisms for project performance
- Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
