This is a 100% sourcing-focused role, ideal for professionals with a passion for identifying and engaging passive candidates through AI-powered platforms, social media, and advanced sourcing strategies. You will play a pivotal part in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

[Responsibilities]

• Leverage Eightfold and social media tools to identify, engage, and pipeline top passive talent for specialized roles
• Deliver qualified candidate pools to hiring manager queues, ensuring seamless handoff for further recruitment steps
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sourcing, branding, and marketing initiatives to demonstrate ROI
• Drive Lockheed Martin's brand awareness through targeted outreach and communication of our candidate value proposition
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for efficient reporting, documentation, and communication
• Execute additional sourcing duties as assigned to support business goals

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 3-5 years of Department of Defense (DOD) sourcing experience
• 3-5 years of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) candidate tracking experience
• Proven track record of success in a fully remote sourcing role
• Expertise in talent pipeline development and passive candidate engagement

[Preferred Skills]

• Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools
• Previous experience working at Lockheed Martin or within similar environments
