We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong functional expertise in AI skills to lead and deliver complex, crossfunctional programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder management, and requirements translation—bridging business needs with engineering delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage risks, and ensure predictable delivery of highimpact initiatives.

Role Overview

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage risks, and ensure predictable delivery of highimpact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Management
- Own endtoend delivery of multiple crossfunctional programs involving AI programs and integrated enterprise systems.
- Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile/Scrum teams.
- Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
- Facilitate requirementgathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, status updates, and escalation management.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery plans.
- Capture business requirements and translate them into features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and wellgroomed backlog.
- Ensure requirements are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, delivery risks, and dependencies across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile execution, predictability, and delivery quality.
- Strong techno functional skills in AI related technologies, skills, and experience
- Articulate business requirements, create features, user stories for AI solutions.

- Understand AI skills (Agentic)
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management.
- functional experience with AI programs & skills
- Handson experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Proven ability to capture and document requirements as features, epics, and user stories.
- Experience managing business stakeholders, crossfunctional teams, and complex dependencies.
- Strong risk management, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence without authority.
