Technical Program Manager & Business Analyst - Agentic AI Platform (Contract)

Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PT

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager & Business Analyst to support the development and execution of an enterprise-scale Agentic AI Platform. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals who excel at both program management and business analysis, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution across AI, data science, engineering, and digital product teams.

You will play a key role in establishing program governance, managing cross-functional dependencies, defining requirements, and driving alignment across global and U.S.-based stakeholders. The platforms flagship initiative is a next-generation AI-powered content solution, with additional AI capabilities planned for future development.

What Youll Do Program Management & Cross-Functional Delivery

• Build program management frameworks from the ground up, including:
• Jira and Confluence structures
• RAID logs
• Dependency tracking tools
• Status reporting dashboards and templates

Monitor program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks across multiple technical and business teams. Coordinate dependencies among Data Science & Machine Learning, engineering, digital technology, and business stakeholders. Drive alignment between U.S.-based teams and global partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, communication, and delivery across time zones. Business Analysis & Agile Requirements Management

• Convert high-level product epics into detailed, developer-ready user stories.
• Create clear, testable acceptance criteria using Given/When/Then methodologies.
• Draft and maintain:
• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Functional specifications
• Current-state and future-state process maps

Document end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) review processes. Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical solutions. Agentic AI & Generative AI Requirements

• Document functional requirements for advanced AI workflows, including:
• Prompt orchestration
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Context retrieval capabilities
• Tool integration and utilization
• Governance and AI guardrails

Collaborate closely with data science and machine learning teams to translate technical AI concepts into business requirements and actionable work items. Support platform planning for future AI-driven products and capabilities. Platform Integration & Research

• Define and map requirements across enterprise content management and digital experience platforms.
• Analyze workflow integrations involving:
• Adobe Workfront
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
• Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Adobe Express
• Compliance and approval routing platforms
• Personalization and optimization solutions

Conduct system evaluations, research initiatives, and feasibility assessments for emerging AI-powered content technologies and vendor solutions. Support recommendations for future platform enhancements and technology adoption. Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a combined Technical Program Manager, Business Analyst, Product Operations, or Digital Transformation role.
• Proven experience establishing program governance, backlog management, reporting structures, and delivery frameworks from scratch.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Proficiency with:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Lucidchart
• Miro

Demonstrated success coordinating deliveries across engineering, data science, and business teams. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, machine learning, digital content, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Familiarity with:
• Adobe Workfront
• Adobe Experience ecosystems
• DAM platforms
• Compliance and content review workflows
• Personalization and customer journey tools

Understanding of:

• APIs
• Content schemas
• RAG pipelines
• LLM workflows
• Agentic AI architectures

Experience working within global enterprise organizations and complex stakeholder environments. Ideal Candidate
