Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager you will own driving the development, implementation, and scalability of our Software and Networking labs. This role sits in the middle of where HW meets SW in the lab and will interface with various cross-functional teams (EE, ME, RF, Networking, Cloud Services, embedded SW, Payload SW, TPM, etc.) to bring components of our satellite and ground systems together for internal customers.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key job responsibilities

You will work with a team of experts and drive the team to successfully accomplish the following activities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of expanded lab infrastructure (hardware, automation, tooling) to support program growth
  • Lead cross-functional triage and resolution of test failures, infrastructure issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate between hardware, software, network, and systems teams to align on lab priorities
  • Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy.
  • Manage intake/prioritization for new venue builds/upgrade requests across engineering teams
  • Develop KPIs and build reports/dashboards to track lab utilization, infrastructure health, and resolution time.
