    Description

    Description

Bring Versatility to Wherever the Business Needs You Most

You don't need a fixed lane to do great work. One week you might be deep in a software rollout, configuring a platform and training end users. Next, you're helping restructure a process that has nothing to do with technology at all. You move toward what's needed, not what's comfortable or familiar.

As a Technical Project Associate at Precoa, you'll join our internal strategy team as a flexible, consultant-minded contributor. Technical work — software lifecycles, configurations, and translating between developers and end users — will be an initial priority.

You'll also flex into structural, operational, and cross-functional projects as priorities shift. You're not attached to any one project or workstream; you're dedicated to doing good work and being invited back by a variety of business functions.

If you thrive on variety and can jump into unfamiliar territory to add value fast, this role gives you room to prove it again and again. Every project you touch broadens your exposure across the business, giving you visibility and range that a narrower role simply can't offer.

What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love Doing It)

Flex across technical and non-technical priorities

    • You'll move between software-focused work and broader strategic or structural projects as business needs shift. This isn't a narrow lane. It's a role built for someone who can contribute wherever the priority lands.

Own the project lifecycle when technical work is the priority

    • You'll work cross-functionally with our Technology team to manage configurations, user setup, training, and rollout for innovative new technologies, translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders much like a product owner would.

Jump into ambiguous or unfamiliar projects without hesitation

    • You'll step into work that isn't always clearly defined: sometimes technical, sometimes structural or operational. You’ll figure out how to add value quickly rather than waiting for a perfect brief.

Bring a consultant's mindset to every project

    • You'll approach each initiative with curiosity and objectivity, ready to pick up new work, hand off old work, or pivot entirely if priorities change.

Build trust through follow-through and communication

    • You'll provide regular updates, flag risks early, and keep documentation clean and accessible across whatever project you're on. Leaders and teammates will come to rely on you as someone who delivers no matter what.

    Requirements

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
    • 2+ years of experience in software administration, account/customer relations, technical project coordination, or a similar role bridging technical and non-technical audiences
    • Comfort with cross-functional software configuration, user setup, training, and coordinating a product or platform through its lifecycle — no coding required
    • Demonstrated ability to pivot between different types of projects (technical and non-technical) without losing momentum or quality
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust tone and technical depth depending on the audience

    Benefits
    • Competitive exempt salary based on experience
    • 18 days PTO and 10 paid holidays annually
    • Minimum 6-weeks parental leave
    • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits
    • 401k, with company match and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy

Are you ready to build the kind of range most roles never give you the chance to?
