Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Finance - Technical Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale SAP Finance transformation initiatives, S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP project and program management, solution architecture, finance process transformation, system integration, and stakeholder engagement for global organization.
SAP certification in Finance, S/4HANA, or Project Management preferred.
15+ years of SAP consulting and enterprise program management experience.
Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and SAP ecosystem solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, including implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, budgets, and governance frameworks.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Drive project execution using industry-standard methodologies and SAP Activate principles.
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and organizational standards.
Collaborate with solution architects, SAP functional teams, developers, integration specialists, and infrastructure teams.
Lead system integration, data migration, and cloud transformation activities.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and related modules such as MM, SD, PP, and BW/Analytics.
Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and deployment strategies.
Lead Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor delivery milestones and ensure timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.
Establish reporting mechanisms and provide regular program status updates to leadership.
Drive issue resolution and decision-making across project workstreams.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing global SAP transformation programs.
Expertise in distributed system environments supporting SAP landscapes.
Strong consulting background with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
