Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) or Full-Scope (FS) polygraph required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of project, program management, or program technical leadership experience supporting technical, defense, R&D, or government programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with government stakeholders.
- Experience with data management, data governance, or data pipeline technologies.
- Experience with container technologies and distributed software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting project planning, risk management, schedule tracking, and status reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Kanban, JIRA, or related project management tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with system architecture, distributed systems, or cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently in high-tempo, high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Security+ certification or other IAT Level II certification.
- Master's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
- Experience supporting AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-related initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government.
- Understanding of secure cloud environments, IL5/IL6 deployments, or classified cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with mission environments.
- Experience leading pilots, proof-of-concept efforts, or innovation-focused technical programs.
- Experience with scripting or data analysis tools such as Python, Bash, or R.

ECS was founded in 2001 by experienced IT professionals with a commitment to quality processes, people and performance. Led by our Chairman, Roy Kapani, and an experienced executive leadership team, ECS provides our customers with solutions and services that support their critical needs and further mission objectives. ECS gained market share in 2011 in the Department of Defense and Federal spaces through both organic and acquisition growth. In May, ECS completed its first strategic acquisition with the purchase of OAK Management, Inc., a leading provider of marine environmental services, ship systems engineering, maritime consulting and platform acquisition management. The OAK acquisition kicked off ECS’ intention to add tactical acquisitions as a part of its long term strategy to supplement and expand upon organic growth and to build enterprise value. ECS closed out 2011 with the acquisition of Paradigm Technologies, Inc. The Paradigm transaction added approximately 200 employees to ECS’ existing 900+ employees. In 2012, ECS completed the acquisition of iLuMinA Solutions, Inc. iLuMinA brings large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation and infrastructure design and development to ECS’ expanding capabilities.
