Location: SJC, CA

Key Responsibilities
Operational Standardization:
Establish and implement global QA Playbooks and standardize SOPs across work streams.
Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and align core QA metrics across three key areas: Velocity (time to respond and test completion timelines), Quality (P0/P1 leakage to production by absolute number), and Efficiency (P0/P1 identification vs. noise resolution ratios).
Dashboard Management: Partner with Data Analysts to design, execute, and maintain automated
dashboards utilizing cross-system data plumbing (e.g., blending Test Tracker execution times with
Buganizer hotlists) for real-time leadership visibility.
Process Documentation: Review technical specifications and create living playbooks containing
instructions, guidelines, and committed SLAs that remain up-to-date with changing product requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead regular tech lead review meetings to formalize bug reporting structures, manage project data points, and identify target efficiency improvements, including AI optimization use cases.

Qualifications:
Education:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Technical Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of technical program/project management experience explicitly within a Quality Assurance or Test Engineering environment.
Domain Expertise: Strong background in XR, AR, or VR hardware and software validation environments.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with Buganizer (or equivalent defect tracking systems), Test Tracker, data analysis tools (such as PLX, SQL, or custom automation scripts via Apps Script/Python), and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Analytical Aptitude: Proven capability to establish baseline data protocols, manage manual data
reconciliation challenges, and convey data limitations transparently to executive leadership.
