We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a tolling modernization program focused on cloud, microservices, and Agile delivery. The role will initially focus on project management and gradually transition into Scrum Master responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Coordinate development, QA, cloud, security, and operations teams.
Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile team maturity.
Manage backlog readiness, sprint planning, releases, and dependencies.
Monitor work and delivery activities in Azure DevOps.
Drive process improvements, reporting, and delivery best practices.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of technical project management experience.
PMP and CSM certifications.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with cloud modernization, microservices, or API-driven projects.
Strong SDLC knowledge and experience working with technical teams.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Planner Premium or similar tools.
Strong skills in Excel, Visio, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preferred
10+ years of technical project management experience.
Experience implementing delivery process improvements and supporting maturing Agile teams.
