As a Technical Recruiter for AI Software, you'll partner directly with engineering teams to identify, attract, and assess world-class candidates across the full spectrum of AI software development. From custom chip codesign, to large-scale infrastructure, inference, deployment, and low-level programming, you'll scale the teams powering Tesla's most ambitious work.

• Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
• 3+ years recruiting experience in an in-house environment
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Advanced knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Proficient knowledge of common software engineering skill-sets
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow

Expected Compensation

$84,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
