What you'll do at Figma:Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering rolesCollaborate with engineering leaders to develop early‑stage hiring strategies for critical technical positionsCraft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talentDevelop a deep understanding of Figma's business and products and communicate this effectively with candidatesAct as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experienceTake a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metricsOwn and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategiesWe'd love to hear from you if you have:4+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering rolesProven success sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategiesExtensive experience and expertise within engineering communities and emerging technical trendsExperience collaborating with functional leaders and cross‑functional partners to navigate complex offer scenarios and resolve candidate objectionsWhile not required, it's an added plus if you also have:Prior experience in analytics recruitingA team‑first mentality, embracing learning, growing, and shared success with recruiting colleaguesExperience using Gem and GreenhouseA passion for fostering belonging and inclusionPay Transparency DisclosureAnnual base salary range for Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices: $105,000 - $210,000 USD .
