Position Title: Technical Recruiter

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire Technical Recruiter located in Bellevue, WA.

Job Description:

  • Protingent Inc, a fast growing technical staffing firm is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join their team in Bellevue, WA. The pace is fast and the environment is friendly and rewarding.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, developing, and maintaining relationships with talented local and national engineers is the engine that drives our business.
  • Source, conduct searches, contact, interview, qualify skills sets against client requirements, prepare resumes, and conduct reference checks on candidates who meet client profile.
  • Market qualified candidates, either newly identified candidates in the marketplace or active Company employees approaching the completion of an assignment.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to retain talented employees/candidates.
  • Build relationships for referrals
  • Enter and maintain key candidate background and contact information into database
  • Promote and maintain a positive image of Protingent.
  • Sells Protingent services to qualified, prospective candidates
  • Maintain two-way communication flowing with internal staff and external customers.
  • Deliver clear and effective verbal and written messages.
  • Understand business market trends and develops an overall knowledge of Protingent's industry focus and the impact of emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Candidate should be a tenacious self-starter
  • 2 + years prior Technical/IT or Engineering recruiting experience
  • Technical aptitude a strong plus
  • Source and recruit by using databases, and our proprietary applicant tracking system.
  • You will need excellent interviewing and resume screening/writing skills to ensure candidate credentials match job requirements.
  • We provide you with the latest technologies and recruiting tools in a results-driven and collaborative and friendly culture.
Job Details:
  • Job Type: Direct Hire
  • Pay Range: $50-60K (Plus Commission).
  • Location: Bellevue, WA.
