Brindlewood Labs builds scheduling, billing and workflow software for operations teams in logistics, healthcare and field services. We are a 400-person company with offices in Austin, Chicago, Denver, Raleigh and Seattle.

About the role

Partner with engineering leaders to hire the backend, data and infrastructure engineers who build our platform.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle searches for engineering roles from intake to signed offer
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and referrals
• Calibrate interview loops with hiring managers and keep feedback on schedule
• Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates and time to hire
• Deliver a consistent, respectful candidate experience at every step

What you bring

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in-house or at an agency
• Track record of closing senior software engineering hires
• Comfort with Boolean search and modern sourcing tools
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Lever or Greenhouse
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for infrastructure or data teams
• Familiarity with structured interviewing
• Startup or high-growth company experience

Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid, 3 days in office)

Pay range: USD 90,000 - 120,000 per year.
