Technical Recruiter - Engineering (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for technical positions across multiple locations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Lead intake meetings to understand job requirements and develop recruiting plans.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for electrical, mechanical, software, systems, and computer science roles.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, offer preparation, and closing.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate and search records in the applicant tracking system.
• Advise hiring teams on recruiting practices, compensation trends, and hiring processes while following applicable policies and equal employment opportunity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of directly related experience, or additional relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Experience recruiting for core engineering disciplines and managing full cycle searches.
• Ability to handle high volume recruiting across multiple locations.
• Strong online sourcing skills and experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team and handle confidential information appropriately.

Pay Range: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
