What you’ll do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering roles across manufacturing.
- Engage candidates via job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
- Screen and interview to validate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Track all activities and communications accurately in our systems.
- Provide regular progress updates and metrics.
- Operate within company policies and legal guidelines throughout the process.
Bring these strengths
- 2+ years recruiting for engineering positions; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Understanding of engineering functions and hiring criteria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Fluency with ATS/recruiting software.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Education: Accredited HSD/GED required; Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
