QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Implementation Partners.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience recruiting for niche and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Recruit for various technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, and location.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements while ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
