The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, experience sourcing technical talent across various IT domains, and the ability to work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements. The recruiter should be comfortable working with direct clients, implementation partners, and VMS/MSP accounts while consistently meeting hiring targets.
