    Technical Recruiter

    Location: San Antonio, TX | Plano, TX | Phoenix, AZ | Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Onsite Position Type: Contract

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions supporting a large enterprise technology organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

    The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for highly technical positions, understands today's technology landscape, and is comfortable advising hiring managers using recruiting data, market intelligence, and compensation trends.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical professionals.
    • Recruit for a variety of technology positions, including: Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Professionals, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure & IT Professionals.
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques.
    • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine technical and cultural fit.
    • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
    • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
    • Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation data, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
    • Negotiate offers and assist with the hiring process through acceptance.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to monitor hiring progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and equal employment practices.
    • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Required Qualifications
    • Experience recruiting for technical positions across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, or related technology disciplines.
    • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern technology stacks.
    • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sourcing skills utilizing multiple recruiting channels.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to influence hiring managers and build trusted partnerships.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience using recruiting analytics and market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
    Preferred Technical Skills

    Experience with:

    • Workday (Applicant Tracking System)
    • Eightfold (CRM/Talent Intelligence Platform)
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • HireEZ
    • Other modern sourcing and talent intelligence platforms
    Daily Responsibilities
    • Source and engage technical talent through multiple recruiting channels.
    • Conduct candidate screenings and technical qualification discussions.
    • Maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate activity within the ATS.
    • Build talent communities for future hiring needs.
    • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruiting strategy.
    • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
