About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing AI software company is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale its engineering organization. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth team early and play a key role in building the company's technical talent strategy.

You'll partner closely with engineering leadership and executives to identify, attract, and hire exceptional software engineering talent while helping establish recruiting processes that will support long-term growth.

This role is based onsite in San Francisco five days per week.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical positions from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for a variety of engineering functions, including Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, and related technical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly sought-after passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
• Manage candidates through every stage of the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with interview teams to continuously improve hiring workflows and interview processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to leadership to improve efficiency and forecasting.
• Negotiate offers and help close top candidates in a highly competitive talent market.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Experience recruiting for early-stage or rapidly growing technology companies is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or similar technical functions.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

• Base Salary: $120,000-$170,000
