Help Grow the Future of Agriculture

Are you passionate about helping farmers improve profitability while building healthier soils and more resilient cropping systems? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Agronomist who combines strong agronomic knowledge with a consultative sales approach to help growers successfully adopt regenerative agriculture practices.

This is more than a sales role, it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to progressive farmers and make a lasting impact on the future of agriculture.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with growers and farmers throughout your territory.
  • Provide technical agronomic recommendations focused on regenerative farming systems, soil health, nutrient efficiency, and sustainable crop production.
  • Promote and support innovative biological, nutritional, and regenerative crop input solutions.
  • Conduct on-farm consultations, field evaluations, and product demonstrations.
  • Deliver educational presentations, field days, and grower meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional service for existing customers.
  • Collaborate with research, marketing, and leadership teams to communicate customer insights and market opportunities.
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on agronomic research, emerging technologies, and regenerative agriculture practices.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of agronomy, crop consulting, or agricultural sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of crop production, soil fertility, plant nutrition, and regenerative agriculture principles.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, a true critical thinker.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory-based role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) or PCA licensed preferred
  • Experience with biological products, specialty nutrition, cover crops, or soil health programs.
  • Knowledge of precision agriculture technologies and data-driven agronomy.
  • Established relationships with growers, retailers, and agricultural influencers.
  • Must currently reside in California and have a valid U.S. Driver's license.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation.
  • Company vehicle, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, PTO and more
  • Professional development and continuing education opportunities.
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture focussed on improving agriculture for future generations.

If you’re energized by helping growers succeed through innovative agronomy and regenerative farming practices, we’d love to hear from you. Join a team committed to improving soil health, increasing farm profitability, and creating a more sustainable future for agriculture.
