We're seeking a Technical Sales Representative to grow and support our business within an assigned territory. In this consultative sales role, you'll partner with customers to identify wear, erosion, corrosion, and maintenance challenges and recommend welding, brazing, thermal spray, and surface protection solutions that improve performance and reduce operating costs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with maintenance, engineering, operations, and purchasing teams, and seeing firsthand how their recommendations improve customer operations. What Youll Do: Drive Business Growth Develop and expand business within your territory through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.Identify opportunities at existing accounts while pursuing new customer acquisition.Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through implementation and follow-up.Consistently achieve or exceed territory sales and profitability goals. Become a Trusted Advisor Evaluate customer applications and maintenance challenges.Recommend value-added welding, brazing, thermal spray, and wear protection solutions.Conduct product demonstrations, application reviews, and technical presentations.Help customers reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and lower maintenance costs. Build Strong Customer Relationships Develop relationships with maintenance managers, reliability engineers, operations leaders, distributors, and purchasing personnel.Create long-term partnerships through responsive support and solution-focused selling.Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Partner with Technical Experts Collaborate with internal technical specialists, engineering teams, and manufacturing resources to develop optimal customer solutions.Share market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback.Participate in technical training and continuously develop product and application expertise. Manage Your Territory Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.Prepare quotations, proposals, and account plans.Represent Castolin Eutectic at trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.Manage travel, activity reporting, forecasting, and territory planning.
