Position Overview

The Technical Service Manager leads a technical support team, develops service protocols, and ensures products meet quality and safety standards while addressing customer needs.

Develop service protocols and training materials.
Coordinate with R&D to address product improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications 

7+ years in technical service or field engineering.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in energy or industrial sectors.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000
Bonus or Variable Pay: 15% annual target
Equity or Other Perks: N/A
