As the first point of contact for escalations, the individual manages printer issues, configurations, firmware updates, and installations, working closely with end users, IT, and technicians. Responsibilities include inventory management, device moves, supply ordering, and user training. The role requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment. An associate degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of printer hardware and network management, and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
