Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Technical Services Technician II for a global medical device manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in electronic repair and troubleshooting looking to further their career in medical device technical services.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and certify medical devices per the quality system
Follow technical service manuals, schematics, and flow charts to complete repair and assembly tasks
Perform system-level final acceptance testing and maintain service and device history records in ERP
Work independently on a FIFO repair queue (housing, display, battery issues), with clear notes for customer care
Essential Qualifications
1-2+ years as an electronic or mechanical technician or assembler with hands-on troubleshooting experience
Skilled with electronic test equipment, hand tools, and soldering; proficient in Excel and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent; able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
