Job Summary:
  • Needs to be an experienced Technical Architect/Technical SME in SAP with special emphasis on Guided Buying and Inventory Management
  • Able to guide the offshore team and collaborate with BTS team on work management
  • Technical aptitude to understand system designs, flows and suggest best practices
  • Author Architecture documents
  • Coordinate and guide project teams
  • Analyze as-is and map to-be functionalities
  • Works directly with multiple business groups / scientists to understand and document user requirements.
  • Experienced in understanding IT systems related to pharmaceutical/healthcare companies preferred
  • Has good understanding of Agile project execution processes.
  • Has hands-on experience in using tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, Balsamic (mockup software) and Service Now.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
  • Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player.
  • Experienced in working with multiple groups and cross-functional departments.
  • Be able to effectively communicate progress and status of requests to team leadership.
  • Ability to manage assigned project tasks and deliverables to target dates and timelines.
  • Ability to conduct effective team meetings both onsite and virtual.
  • Experienced in managing technology deliverables or documents from requirements through implementation.
  • Increased ability to effectively solve problems when issues are identified.

  • Experienced with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
MUST HAVE:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Guided Buying and Inventory Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
  • Technical expertise in SAP architecture, design, and customization.
  • Ability to understand complex system designs and workflows.
  • Experience suggesting and implementing best practices for system optimization.
  • Experience with business process analysis and mapping as-is to to-be states.
  • Ability to integrate business needs with SAP technical solutions.
  • Expertise in authoring architecture documents, technical specifications, and design documentation.
  • Ability to guide and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing project deliverables to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project execution.
  • Experience working with IT systems in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow for task management, documentation, and project tracking.
  • Proficiency in Visio (for system design diagrams) and Balsamiq (for mockups).
  • Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for communication, reporting, and presentations.
