Technical Sourcer

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our world-class sourcing team. This team plays a crucial role in scaling our talent pipeline and enhancing the capabilities of our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have the independence and ownership to set strategies in pipeline building for the teams they support, with a focus on systems engineering roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 years of full cycle sourcing experience
• Experience in technical sourcing, particularly in ML/Robotics/AI
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders, including face-to-face interactions with managers
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
• Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience recruiting/sourcing systems or software positions
• Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
• Ability to assess candidate's publications/papers is a huge plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Qualify and understand job requirements
• Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Build a pipeline of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities
