At the same time, we're shaping the future of mobility - hiring engineers to design and ship the firmware, distributed systems, and core software that enables Robotaxi fleet operations and network-wide deployment. • Utilize multiple tools and approaches, including AI-driven sourcing techniques, to identify and engage top talent
• Build robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
• 2+ years sourcing experience in an in-house environment
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Familiarity with common software skill-sets
• Knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows

Expected Compensation

$64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
