Technical Specialist

The Technical Specialist provides technical expertise, troubleshooting, and operational support to ensure the efficient performance of technical systems, equipment, and processes. The role involves resolving technical issues, supporting project activities, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.

• Nokia LTE/NR performance management and optimization
• Strong knowledge of Nokia 4G/5G counters and KPIs
• 5G SA/NSA, VoNR, QoS/5QI, and mobility knowledge
• Excel/reporting and large-scale KPI analysis capabilities
• 7-10 years Nokia RF Optimization/Performance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant technical field.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems, equipment, and processes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with technical projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.
