The role involves overseeing and coordinating the service desk Technical Support Analyst team to provide excellent customer service and IT support to the organizations staff and patients, as well as leading and delivering on various IT projects to improve the hospital's overall technology infrastructure.All About You:A minimum of high school graduate or equivalent.
