What You Will Do
Provide technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring optimal use of the API platform.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for clients.
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve product functionality.
Assist in the deployment of new features and updates, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the product.
Act as a liaison between customers and the development team, advocating for client needs.
Ideal Candidate Background
3–8 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
Proficient in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React for effective troubleshooting and solutions.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST API integrations.
Experience with Langchain or similar technologies is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in a B2B software development environment.
Familiarity with HR, ATS, or Payroll systems is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Compensation and Benefits
