Job Description

Hello,  We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional for a onsite role in the Nashville area. Ideal candidates will have call center experience and at least an Associates degree but we will also review those without a degree that have relevant IT experience. 

Please note this is an Onsite role in Nashville, and candidates MUST be in Nashville or within driving distance to be considered.

Pay range is $24-27/hour based on experience, and will present as W2 with biweekly direct deposit. We also will offer Life Insurance, PTO, Health Insurance, and paid holidays.

Job Responsibilities

IT Call Center Experience preferred

- Able to handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day.
People/Customer Service skills required

Printer Administration and Troubleshooting
- Server Print Queue, and local Queues

Active Directory Management

- Able to navigate Different OUs
- Able to look up attributes
- Able to reset password and unlock accounts.
iOS Management, Support, and Deployment

- Setting up new phones/Ipads
- Resetting iTunes accounts
- Resetting network settings
- Backup/Restore device data
Video Conferencing

- Cisco WebEx
- MS Teams
- Cisco Presence video solutions
Network troubleshooting

- Internal vs external
- VPN
- LTE
- Wifi
Application Troubleshooting

- Account permission
