Technical Support Speciailist

Overview

We're hiring an IT Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity.

This is an on-site role supporting approximately 600 users, with a primary focus on about 100 Village Hall users. You will join a team of three IT Support Technicians providing a mix of hands-on (75%) and phone support (25%).

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 100% onsite role
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Directory migration and cleanup
• PC and laptop deployment and support
• Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting
• Custom software support
• O365 support
• Browser support (Internet Explorer and Chrome)
• Mobile device support
• Basic server and networking exposure
• VMware maintenance
• Backup solutions, including Veeam and Backup Exec
