Location: Costa Mesa, CA | Payrate: $38/hour | Schedule: 9am to 6pm (flexible) 

Are you analytical, organized, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Operations Specialist to support a leading manufacturer. In this role, you'll help manage support tickets, analyze data, track performance metrics, and ensure customers receive timely responses. 

Your work will help streamline technical support operations, improve team efficiency, and keep critical issues moving toward resolution. 

What You’ll Do 

• Track and manage support tickets to ensure timely responses and issue resolution. 

• Monitor ticket queues and help teams meet service-level expectations. 

• Generate and maintain reports using SQL Studio Manager and other reporting tools. 

• Analyze and organize large datasets to identify trends and support operational decisions. 

• Collaborate with team leads and technical support staff to improve workflows. 

• Follow up on customer inquiries and support requests to ensure timely closure. 

• Maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary company and customer information. 

• Provide day-to-day operational support to keep the Technical Support organization running efficiently. 

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree. 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience managing, organizing, or analyzing large amounts of data. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with SQL Studio Manager or similar SQL reporting tools. 

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, technical support operations, or customer service environments. 

• Knowledge of alarm monitoring software or related technologies. 

• Experience tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
