Technical System Analyst SaaS Upgrade

Skills: Usability Analysis and Evaluation Techniques & IBM Sterling Commerce OMS

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Seeking a hands-on Technical System Analyst (5+ years) to support SaaS platform upgrades, environment provisioning, deployment, troubleshooting, and production rollouts for investment management clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end SaaS upgrades across client environments.
• Configure, deploy, validate, and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot application, batch, integration, and performance issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
• Knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and system integrations.
• Infrastructure fundamentals (servers, OS, monitoring tools).

Preferred Experience

• Financial Services / Investment Management / Trading Systems domain experience.
• Exposure to scripting, XML, networking, monitoring, and DR/BCP concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
