Detailed Job Description:
Required Skills
8 to 10 years in Performance Testing, Reliability Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Testing Architecture.
Strong understanding of Microservices, KubernetesOpenShift, cloud Platforms AWS, Azure, GCP, Distributed systems, High availability and DR architectures
Knowledge of Chaos Engineering principles, Performance Engineering, Resilience Testing, Observability
Experience with Harness CE, Gremlin, Open source chaos engg. tools.

Key Responsibilities
Understand application architecture, businesscritical journeys, and service dependencies.
Define chaos engineering strategy, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Conduct application landscape assessments and resiliency reviews.
Design hypotheses and chaos experiments coveringInfrastructure failures, PodVM failures, Network latency etc
Integrate chaos testing with observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or AppDynamics
Coordinate with Architecture, SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Development teams.

Minimum Years of Experience:
8 to 10+ years
