We are looking for candidates with automotive or autonomous vehicle manufacturing experience combined with technical training and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive technical experience and a background in developing and delivering classroom and practical training for technicians. Key Experience Areas
Automotive Manufacturing Training: Vehicle assembly, production processes, quality control, lean manufacturing, and safety procedures.
Training & Curriculum Development: Training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, and hands-on lab activities.
Technical Workforce Development: Training production operators, manufacturing technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
Training Evaluation: Competency assessments, skills matrices, certification programs, and practical evaluations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on automotive technical experience.
Experience delivering automotive technical training for a dealership, manufacturer, technical school, or vocational program.
Experience developing technical curriculum and delivering both classroom and hands-on instruction.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction for adult learners.
Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Client PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to support first- and second-shift training and travel up to 25%.
Valid driver’s license.
