Job Title: Technical Writer Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746 Onsite Job Description:

Create and update technical documents, reports, manuals, and process instructions.
Gather information from meetings, existing documents, and internal systems.
Work with managers and different departments to document business processes.
Use Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce to prepare documents.
Send documents to stakeholders for review and approval.
Follow up with stakeholders to clarify information and make necessary updates.
Upload and maintain approved documents in the appropriate systems.
Manage multiple documents and tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ensure documents are accurate, organized, and easy to understand.
Communicate clearly with team members and ask questions when information is unclear.
Follow existing templates and documentation guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or document management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Windchill experience is a plus.
