Description
Join a dynamic team as a mid-level technical writer in a remote setting. This contract position involves creating and maintaining user-friendly technical documentation, working cross-functionally with various departments. You'll leverage advanced authoring tools and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and publish documentation for software and hardware releases.
- Manage deliverables from inception through publication and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives.
- Drive improvements in documentation through creative problem-solving.
- Support the continuous improvement of technical content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication or related field.
- 2–5 years of technical writing experience.
- Proficiency with XML authoring tools.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
