    How You’ll Make a Difference

    You’ll be the person customers count on when their equipment needs expert attention. From diagnosing complex issues to completing major component repairs, your work will help keep material handling equipment safe, reliable, and productive.

    What You’ll Do

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment and major components, including engines, transmissions, drive axles, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical systems, electric motors, and lifting systems.

    • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, failure analysis, basic welding, and other repairs to keep equipment operating safely and according to manufacturer specifications.

    • Put safety first on every job by properly blocking, chocking, chaining, and disassembling equipment and following all company, DOT, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements.

    What You’ll Bring

    • A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years of experience repairing designated equipment or working in a related industry; mechanical or trade school training and technician certification are preferred.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and troubleshooting skills, along with certification on at least 65% of the designated product line.

    • A dependable, customer-first attitude and clear communication skills, plus the ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending, lift up to 75 pounds, and furnish your own tools.
