The company partners with leading capital providers to optimize clean energy assets at scale, supporting the growth of distributed renewable energy while delivering reliable performance and exceptional customer experienceTHE TECHNICIAN 3 POSITIONSunStrong is searching for a technician 3 to be responsible for solar diagnostics, troubleshooting, and leading field crews on service work. TECHNICIAN 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and resolve solar system issues: 

• Inverter failures 

• System underperformance 

• Complex troubleshooting 

• Lead crews on service jobs 

• Direct and support Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members 

• Ensure high-quality work and first-pass resolution 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of solar experience 

• Proven troubleshooting capability 

• Strong communication and leadership skills 

• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check) 

• Crew Lead for solar service work 

• Roof and electrical competent 

• Solar diagnostics and repair expert 

• Authorized for battery (ESS) work

• Driving required
