THE TECHNICIAN 5 POSITION

SunStrong Management is searching for a senior field leader responsible for advanced electrical work, complex troubleshooting, and developing field technicians. This role will require a Master License in IL 

TECHNICIAN 5 RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Perform advanced electrical work:
•  Main panel modifications
•  Line-side taps
• Complex system troubleshooting
•  Lead high-complexity service jobs
•  Train and mentor field technicians 
•  Ensure quality, safety, and proper documentation
•  Provide field feedback on processes, materials, and performance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  5+ years of solar/electrical experience
•  Valid Master Electrician License 
•  Proven leadership and training capability
• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)

WORKING CONDITIONS

•  Working outdoors
•  Driving required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•  Ability to work on the roof at various roof pitch heights
•  Ability to lift 50lbs.
