Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in performing diagnostic and repair tasks on various Audi vehicle models.
• Utilize express software systems to support service workflow and vehicle maintenance processes.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by performing multi-point inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service documents within the service department.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure seamless service operations.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations during service procedures.

Requirements

• Certification from ASE Certified Training, ASE Certifications, or equivalent Military certifications
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.
