Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce experience with significant hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role, balancing business requirements and technical implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Audience Segmentation
- Personalization Strategies
Experience designing and implementing customer journey solutions across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of:
- Customer Lifecycle Management
- Omnichannel Marketing
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Campaign Performance Optimization
Experience with SQL, customer data analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and performance measurement frameworks.
Ability to create scalable solution architectures and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
